Judd’s strength as DentaQuest’s Vice President of Sales is derived from an extensive and multi-faceted background in the health care field. He has senior leadership experience in positions related to insurance, benefits consulting and benefits technology, giving him the unique ability to understand our clients’ needs from a holistic standpoint.
With an emphasis on ongoing collaboration, service excellence and rapid issue resolution, Judd brings the kind of value to DentaQuest clients that helps them excel and meet their growth goals. He puts client satisfaction first, and he understands that productive long-term relationships are built on consistently delivering on client objectives.     
Judd came to DentaQuest in 2016 from bswift, a leader in cloud-based technology and services for employee benefits and health exchanges. As a senior vice president at bswift, Judd led efforts to cultivate new relationships with insurance carriers, health plans, TPAs and employee benefit advisors, and he acutely understands the critical and exponentially increasing role that technology is playing in the effective delivery of quality care. bswift’s commitment to developing practical and user-friendly cloud-based health solutions culminated in Aetna’s decision to acquire bswift for $400 million in late 2014.
Prior to bswift, Judd served as Chief Marketing Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, where he led a team of more than 135 employees and played an instrumental role in growing the health plan to record enrollment. While there, he directed the management and administration of the marketing division and developed and implemented key marketing objectives. He also provided support for the organization’s core goals of corporate growth, employee retention, customer service and market penetration.
Judd, who is based out of DentaQuest’s Wisconsin office, earned a degree in Business Management from the University of Mary.
